How The Retainer Works
The organization purchases a monthly allocation of coaching sessions, billed on a monthly basis in an annual contract.
Leaders self-book sessions within the available capacity
Sessions are 60 minutes and delivered virtually
Retainers can support individuals or be shared across teams
Engagements typically run 3–6 months (or longer)
