How The Retainer Works

The organization purchases a monthly allocation of coaching sessions, billed on a monthly basis in an annual contract.

  • Leaders self-book sessions within the available capacity

  • Sessions are 60 minutes and delivered virtually

  • Retainers can support individuals or be shared across teams

  • Engagements typically run 3–6 months (or longer)

*Coaching conversations are confidential. Any organizational insights are shared only in aggregate and by agreement.
