Kristi’s coaching style is positive, strengths-based, and growth focused. She follows the International Coaching Federation philosophy and partners with her clients to explore, define, and achieve the what, why, where, when, and how to reach aspirations in work+life. Together, you will clarify goals and priorities, address obstacles or constraints, and craft an action plan to achieve your vision. Personality and leader assessments and/or 360 reviews can be part of the process to clarify strengths and growth opportunities, if desired.

At times, Kristi may stretch her clients to develop new ways of thinking about old problems. For the purpose of innovation and strategic thinking, she may bring in tools, concepts, and modalities from cultures, contexts, generations, and industries that are different from one’s own. Being curious and open to growth and change are key drivers of the process.

Additionally, effective work+life integration is often an important component to the work of leadership as life's complexity has led to the blurring of boundaries between work+home.
