Kristi Rible

Kristi is founder and CEO of The Huuman Group™ where she is dedicated to “humanizing the workplace” by developing caring leaders for a future of work that will depend upon workplace equity, psychological safety, and whole well-being.

Her international leadership experience spans more than twenty years across technology and consumer products for both public and startup ventures throughout the US, Latin America, Europe, Asia, and Africa.

She is a vocal advocate, international speaker, and educator in support of the advancement of working mothers, women, and caregivers who find themselves overloaded, underpaid, and often misunderstood –having herself faced the motherhood penalty head on as well as having a gap on her resume due to caregiving responsibilities. She currently teaches a course at Stanford titled Motherhood & Work, Challenges and Opportunities for Change.

She holds an MBA in International Business from Thunderbird, a BA in African Studies & Classical Archaeology from Franklin & Marshall College and executive certifications in Organizational Gender Balance from INSEAD, Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion from Cornell, Executive Coaching from UC Berkeley, and the Fair Play Method by Eve Rodsky/Hello Sunshine
